HPC- Nvidia GPU Server

No bitcoin mining. :)  I'm talking to Dell at the moment, we'll see what they can do.  Money is an issue (as always!)

Wy3208, interestingly enough, we have a system running that board and 3 GTX 980s. It's kind of our "test" system. There is no need for SLI as the cards don't need to communicate with each other.

I think the higher ups wanted a "built" system. They don't trust the hand built stuff for the customer base.  I know I could do just as good of a job building something as an OEM, but...that's the way it is. Also, we were hoping to save some rack space from the 4U.  We were also hoping for the ability to possibly bump up to 6 or 8 cards down the road.

I guess it looks like I'm not as lost as I thought I was.  Thanks, guys, appreciate the responses.
